New Features for Disney World Park Restaurants

As we all know, Disney World is reopening soon with some new policies in place. Some of these will be temporary while others may be more long-term. In regards to dining, we have some new features coming for Disney World park restaurants:

Mobile Check-In for Reservations: Check in to your dining reservations at some table-service restaurants using the new mobile check in feature on the My Disney Experience app. For those restaurants, there's no need to visit the host stand to check in!

Mobile Order Service: This is a great time-saving feature of the My Disney Experience app which lets you to order ahead at many quick service dining locations and pick up food during a designated arrival window.

Scannable Codes for Select Restaurant Menus: While at a table-service restaurant, you can use your own mobile device to scan a code for access to the digital menu. This is great news for those who have dietary or allergy concerns! No need to ask for additional information or wait for the "allergy menu"--just scan and read!

Cashless Payments: At this time, Disney recommends all guests use cashless payment options as much as possible. These options include debit cards, credit cards, and Disney Gift Cards. You can use contactless payment options—like Apple Pay—or purchase a Disney Gift Card at a Guest Relations desk, most shops at Disney, or pre-purcahsed at a Disney Store, Target, or hundreds of other locations!  Of course you can use MagicBands if you're staying at Disney hotel, too!

We have more information that we'll be sharing soon, too. Keep watching for more information!
